This evening (Dec. 9th), SpikeTV will air "The Best of UFC 2009" which features bouts involving Anderson Silva, Brock Lesnar, Lyoto Machida, Randy Couture and more. If you missed any of 2009's most talked about fights, there's a good chance it will appear on this three hour broadcast. If you just want to see them all again, here's your chance. Unfortunately, in an obvious bid to capture a large eastern audience, SpikeTV is airing the program at a less-than-ideal time out west-- it runs from 4:00pm-7:00pm PST.
Also, I dropped the ball a bit by not posting about the premier of "Countdown To UFC 107" on both SpikeTV and SportsNet Pacific last night. Not to worry though, there are a couple ways that you can still get your dose of Zuffa-produced marketing goodness. The first way is obvious, just check your local listings. The show will air at least another half dozen times before the fights on Saturday. The second way is a bit more convenient, you can also watch "Countdown To UFC 107" anytime at UFC.com. It's split into two parts on the main-page video section.
